Yesterday I felt wretched, really quite ill, and for several days I have had a sort of headache if I typed-a disastrous development if I am to write the book O. U P.* I felt quite exhausted too and began to think I must go to Billy and perhaps a vitamin injection would help.

However it suddenly occurred to me was I slimming too severely as I have felt pretty hungry lately and have been losing weight slowly but steadily since before Christmas.

So I tried that instant pick me up of a square of dark chocolate and very soon felt better, slept very well all night in spite of sleeping all Sunday morning and feel fine today.
