Had another terrible air raid at Baudroux [sic]* worse than last Wed’s, lasted one hour our little prig of a major was terrified, it was really an awful raid falling close beside us, no dug outs, an awful sensation it was but our own air men chased him off so we got home about 3 a.m, it gets very chilly lying out in sands.
