[…] Took an Evac* to Calais, up all day & night. 3rd very tired got to bed at 9am. Pts** had fairly good night, all evacuated from Étaples after a dreadful raid. St. Johns suffering worst lost about 200 pts also Doullens had an awful raid, did not get up until 4p.m, feel very rested, hear we are for Aine [sic] *** again […]
