Be the first to see new 'Dear Diary' resource

September 22 is Dear Diary Day and what better way to mark it than by launching an online resource featuring the words of women from their own personal diaries?

Dear Diary is a new website featuring a unique timeline of women's history featuring entries from 17 diarists writing between 1798 to 1981.

Content on the website was created by participants on the Dear Diary community engagement programme who uncovered the diaries from the archives at the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) and will be launched as part of this special event.

The evening will also feature contributions from the researchers involved as well as from the staff at PRONI, followed by a first look at the new website.

This event is taking place on Zoom. Sign-up closes 24 hours before the event and an invite will be sent to everyone registered 24 hours before the beginning of the event.
